Tanmoy Dey is an accomplished Architect with experience working for renowned firms including Vitti Sthapati Brindo Ltd, WOHA (Singapore), and J.A. Architects Ltd. since he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in 2015 and pursued Master of Science (Master of Human Settlement) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven), Belgium in 2020. He has been involved in notable projects like- Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi (October 2020 to July 2021 as project Architect, Primary consultant-Vitti Sthapati Brindo Ltd.), 100 Bed General Hospital for Sajida Foundation (J.A. Architects Ltd.), Health Complex One Project (J.A.Architects Ltd. & WOHA), etc. during his professional career. Throughout his career, Tanmoy has been recognized for his design excellence and has been awarded in several national and international design competitions including- 1st place in the International design competition for affordable housing in Lesotho, Africa; 1st place in the International Design Award - Young Visionary Architecture Competition 2021; Commendation award at national design competition- “Open Architectural Design Competition For IEB Convention Center” (2017). With a passion for innovative and sustainable design, Tanmoy has proven himself a skilled and dedicated Architect in the industry. He has a special research interest in the fields of Landscape urbanism and Sustainable design and has demonstrated a commitment to advancing these areas through his works.
