Dr. SM Zobaidul Kabir is an environmental and sustainable resource management expert with a PhD from the University of Newcastle, Australia, specializing in Environmental Policy, Legislation, and Environmental Impact Assessment. He currently serves as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, Government of Bangladesh and as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Murdoch University, Australia. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dhaka, and East West University, teaching courses on environmental law, pollution, sustainable development, and environmental impact assessment. His research expertise includes climate change, renewable energy, waste-to-energy, Environmental Impact Assessment, and sustainable development.
