His research interests include pharmacology, natural product research, toxicology, and public health. He has contributed to research projects on the phytopharmacological profiling of endophytic fungi isolated from marine macroalgae, phytochemical and biological investigations of Actinodaphne angustifolia Nees, and the assessment of occupational heavy metal exposure as a potential contributor to immune dysregulation and allergic sensitization.
