State University of Bangladesh (SUB) and SERAC-Bangladesh Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, the State University of Bangladesh (SUB) and SERAC-Bangladesh officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the SUB Seminar Room, marking the beginning of a promising partnership to empower youth and strengthen academic collaboration. This collaboration aims to, promote youth leadership and development; strengthen research collaboration, create internship opportunities for students; organize joint training programs, seminars, workshops, and community engagement initiatives; and foster future collaborations in public health, education, and social development
The MoU was signed on behalf of State University of Bangladesh (SUB) by Honorable Treasurer Prof. Dr. Hasan Kawser, and on behalf of SERAC-Bangladesh by Mr. SM Shaikat, Executive Director.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Farhana Sharmin, Additional Registrar, SUB, and Dr. Izzy Justice, pioneering sports neuroscientist, best-selling author, peak performance coach, and founder of neuro580gives, whose presence added great value to this memorable occasion.
This initiative was led by Prof. Dr. Md. Anower Hussain, Chairman, Department of Public Health, SUB, who also serves as Chairman, Center for National & International Cooperation (CNIC). Heartfelt thanks to him for his vision and leadership in making this collaboration possible.
Sincere appreciation is also extended to the members of CNIC, the Department of Public Health, SUB, and the SERAC-Bangladesh team for their dedication and support in bringing this partnership to life.
