Md. Julker Naim is a Deputy Director at Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh) with
over a decade of experience in central banking, strategic communications, and financial policy.
His research interests span communication economics, central bank communication, media
economics, development communication, green banking and financial inclusion. A recipient of
the prestigious SAARCFINANCE Scholarship, Naim earned an MA in Mass Communication
from Adamas University India, graduating first in his batch. He previously completed an MPhil
in Economics from Bangladesh University of Professionals. He also holds an MBA in Human
Resource Management and a BBA in Management from Jagannath University. He has presented
his research at international conferences hosted by Nepal Rastra Bank, IIT Dhanbad, IIT
Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka School of Economics, Adamas
University India, IIM Jammu, MANIT Bhopal, Jamia Millia Islamia University, BIBM,
SANEJM, ULAB and other leading institutions across South Asia. He has served as a guest
lecturer at GSTU, European University of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited,
delivering lectures on banking, finance, and communication-related topics. He has written
articles for various national and international newspapers and has published research articles and
book chapters.
