Educational/Academic Achievements:
- Obtained PhD in Urban Anthropology- title on “Rural Urban Migration, livelihoods and Social Network of Urban Poor in Dhaka City, Bangladesh” from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh; Post Graduation/MS on Research Methodology (RM) from TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, India; and Master of Social Science (MSS) degree in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University (JU), Bangladesh.
Working Experience in Development Sectors (e.g., INGO, NGO and GO):
- More than 27 years of working experience on Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Program development as a mid to senior level position in different government and development organizations, e.g., Heifer International Bangladesh, BRAC Bangladesh, Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), Institute of Child and Mother Health (ICMH), UNICEF Bangladesh, PROSHIKA: A Centre for Human Development, and Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS). Expertise on different process monitoring and evaluation, e.g., action research, feasibility study, baseline survey, midterm evaluation, end evaluation/Impact evaluation etc.

- Research Methodology (Qualitative and Quantitative approach);
- Develop research design on development issue to conduct action research, empirical research and process evaluation related activities, e.g., baseline survey, midline, final/end-line evaluation, impact evaluation study;
