For the Last 10 Years of Working Experience, he has visited more than 500 Factories in the RMG Sector for Electrical Safety inspection as per NFPA Standard/ BNBC/ BS- 7671. He has done electrical design of more than 100 Projects (RMG Factory Buildings, Residential, Commercial, Hospitals, Shopping Complex, 5- Star Hotel Construction Projects, Institutional Projects, and High Rise Construction Projects) including 2 Nos Green Factories in Bangladesh. He always tries to ensure Compliance in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. He has completed 132 Hours of Occupational Safety and Health Professional Training from OSHA Academy -USA to maintain a world-class safety standard. At ILO, he works for national planning, development, and tracking of safety plans and activity timelines and milestones for Remediation Completion and monitoring with the stakeholder's organizations like ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BGMEA, and BKMEA on RMG Factory workplace safety issues.
