The program was arranged under the guidance of Batch Adviser Fatema Tuj Johora, Lecturer, DBS, and honored by the presence of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhter Hossain Khan, Registrar Dr. Ahmed Hussain, Chairman of the Department of Business Studies Prof. Dr. K. M. Anwarul Islam, Chairman of Public Health Prof. Dr. Md. Anower Hussain, and other respected faculty members and Proctor Shah Reza M. Fahad Hossain.

In his address, the Proctor emphasized university rules, discipline, and student responsibilities, guiding the freshers toward a respectful and ethical academic life. The department was formally introduced by Fariha Tazin, Assistant Professor & BBA Coordinator, who introduce the Department.

The event was made lively with cultural performances by students, while senior batches warmly welcomed the freshers with tokens of appreciation, reflecting unity and mutual respect. A fun gaming session was also organized by Md. Wahid Abdul Hoque, Lecturer adding excitement and enjoyment to the orientation.
