Ripa Kundu currently holds the position of Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy, State University of Bangladesh. She has accomplished her Bachelor of Professional Pharmacy degree from the University of Dhaka with a cGPA of 3.93. She also accomplished her Master of Pharmacy degree from Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Dhaka, with a GPA of 3.93. She conducted her M. Pharm. thesis work entitled “Phytochemical Isolation and Biological Investigation of Cissus assamica.” She received the National Science and Technology (NST) fellowship, 2022-23 from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for his Master’s thesis work. In addition of her entrancing academics, she also had industrial training experiences from Aristopharma Ltd. and a six-month hospital training experience from Dhaka Medical College and Hospital. Prior to her academic role, Ripa worked for 1.5 years at Research and Development Department of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where she gained expertise in using analytical instruments like HPLC, IR, UV, and Others. She is not only academically accomplished but also engaged in leadership roles. She was the founding treasurer of Dhaka University Pharma Club (DUPC) and served as the Social Welfare Secretary of Kabi Sufia Kamal Hall Union, DUSCU.
