Mohammad Irfan Hossain is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). His aim is to secure a cooperative career in the field of Civil Engineering Profession to develop working experience and personality skills which will help to receive benefits and salaries commensurate with his abilities and qualifications. Aside from this, providing high-quality teaching, helping students to develop their skills and abilities, providing student counseling, assisting students in reaching their potential, and ensuring the appropriate and positive learning environment. He is now working on steel shear dampers of different geometry at moment connections by finite element analysis.
